On October 26, 2021, Eric Francois, Chief Financial Officer of SCYNEXIS, Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company of his intent to resign to return to his prior career in investment banking. The Company has engaged Danforth Advisors, LLC (“Danforth”) to provide interim chief financial officer services until a permanent replacement is found. As one of my first hires upon becoming SCYNEXIS’ CEO, Eric played a key role in transforming us into a fully integrated commercial stage company, and he leaves us well-positioned for success. I will greatly miss working with Eric, but I am excited about this new opportunity for my friend.”
